Many businesses are skeptical of the impact that reviews can have on generating sales and brand loyalty. I created this graphic to show how easy it is for a business to gain far-reaching impact from Consumer Generated Content. All a business has to do is ask for feedback, and the Bazaarvoice network collects the best content to syndicate across the business' advertising and marketing efforts.

Today, the best advertising content comes from Earned Media, or CGC. When businesses integrate CGC into their Paid and Owned Media, it can: a) Improve the performance of ads; and b) Increase search rankings and conversion.
